And how I prepped for Paris

Last year alone, I took over 40 flights—so at this point, pre-travel prep feels like a competitive sport. I squeeze 100 appointments into a 48-hour window and pack with military-level precision (because the idea of forgetting something I need while away? Unthinkable). Needless to say, I’ve mastered both the lead-up and the day-of when it comes to travel.

EM face treatment to snatch the skin. Lympathic drainage massage - a must for pre-flight, great for circulation (and great to squeeze in post as well). High protein foods to keep me fuelled, and my fav Korean skincare face mask to keep my skin looking and feeling fresh and bright and TIGHT.

What you need in-flight

A great book to keep me company, along with my journal, moon juice electrolytes sachets for hydaration and my moon juice magnesium sachets for a restful sleep , and David protein bars for high protein healthy snack.

Caudalie Beauty Elixir is a hydrating mist to refresh and reset the skin, Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance serum to brighten and hydrate the skin as your about to land, Tower 28 SOS spray (pretty much used the entire thing all flight, think of this as facial hand sanitizer), 111 skin sheet mask (love all the 111SKIN masks but I use the celestial black diamond for “lifting”), Aesop Reverence hand cream, BYREDO lip balm and the Sidia compact perfume (perfect for travel).

Wet Ones, a must for sanitary reasons…. and Ver Mints

Cetaphil face wipes (available at most drug stores, simple and everyone-friendly formulas), Tatcha Water Cream (super light weight and wont overwhelm the skin)

Veil Hydrating Skin Tint (super hydrating and really beautiful/light coverage), Dior Forever Skin (best concealer on earth and I won’t accept any other opinions), Skin by Ella Rose Brow Gel (i also use this on my eye lashes sometimes…) , Rhode Blush, Rhode Peptide Lip Shaper
